This was the worst experience I ever had with a company. Not answering in time, not delivering in estimated time (took 55 days instead of 20days) We agreed on DDP Incoterm, but the seller didnt pay for import duties, taxes (such as VAT), or any other applicable charges. I had to pay them myself, they even gave the wrong weight.

It's really a regret that the experience was not good for this order, and we feel sorry for it. But we are sufferer for it too. As we mentioned before, in order to push the delivery, we choose the fast way for the freight, for this purpose we paid extra USD300 for the package, hoping it can arrive you quickly. What we can't control is the customs clearance, it cost almost a month, this is the main reason for the delay. We are sorry again for it.
